Started her career in recruitment in 2011, Nicki has built up one of the best reputations in the market. Not only for her ability to deliver excellent candidates but for the added value and knowledge she has of the industry. She is passionate about everything consumer related and is seen as a thought leader in the region due to her extensive network and contacts. Born into an entrepreneurial family she was exposed to F&B, Manufacturing, Retail, Entertainment and the Consumer industry from an early age.
She has worked with a huge amount of the most instantly recognisable brands in the world. Her client list covers all the big players and she has won an extensive amount of exclusive agreements through her unique approach and experience of the industry.
Emily is a young, innovative and ambitious member of the Genie team. She has a strong track record of fulfilling client requirements and needs, as well as supporting candidate’s with their next career step.
She has worked in the recruitment industry since 2014 and is a specialist across the MENA region, her core area of expertise is resourcing, candidate matching, 360 recruitment and relationship building. Emily comes from a background within the IT sector, which has made her exceptionally detailed in her approach. She has a very personable and honest approach to recruitment which has been the key to her successes.
Myra has been in the hospitality industry for all her career working in Food and Beverage Departments (Restaurants / Bar Management)
After leaving Hospitality she has been working in Recruitment for 3 years predominantly working with Luxury Hotels and Resorts. She will be focused on this area supporting the lead consultants as well as handling her own accounts.

Lauren worked in London for over 5 years on all business
support roles for a range of different industries. She has joined
Genie to build upon her consumer knowledge.
Niche and detailed roles is her specialty and she is very candidate focused across all positions and able to work very quickly delivering across a range of disciplines.
Jazz comes from a solid recruitment background having worked in the industry since 2015 she has most recently been working within talent at P&G! Jazz is an expert in everything digital, tech, FMCG and beyond. She has an eye for talent and is very detail orientated in finding the right candidate for the role.
Sunny joined the Genie team in 2021 and has experience working within recruitment in the UK. She grew up in Dubai and is excellent when it comes to candidate matching. She is a real foodie and an energetic member of the team and supports across all projects working very closely with Emily. She manages a number of clients herself including leading QSR and F&B brands.
Daria comes from a solid F&B background having worked for well known concepts such as the Atlantis, Folly, Sean Connelly and Westin Hotels.
She has a fantastic network within F&B and understands the roles we work on in depth. She is a determined and well networked member of the team and works closely on all F&B projects.
Kenny is a supportive and hardworking member of the team, she has a background working within HR, F&B and support roles before joining the Genie's in her first pure recruitment role.
Taking her experience working in various industries Kenny understands the challenges both employers and employees face and is talented in understanding the requirements from both sides. Kenny supports across all roles and has an eye for F&B and detail orientated positions.
Lucy has joined to learn everything about recruitment and supports the team with sourcing candidates as well as researching roles.
She is passionate about retail and luxury industries and is a very autonomous member of the Genie team. She has experience working at KPMG in talent and is a quick learner. Lucy supports across all divisions and works very closely with Lauren, Myra and Nicki on all positions.
